How Fone Hub Works
To recycle your mobile phone with Fone Hub you first need to go to the Fone Hub website and search for your mobile phone using its make and model. You will then be given a quote for your mobile phone which you can choose to accept or decline.
The next step is to register with Fone Hub and give them your details. Once you are registered with Fone Hub you need to send them your mobile phone. They provide two addresses, a freepost address and a special delivery address. We recommend that you use the special delivery address as this includes insurance should your mobile phone get lost or damaged in the post.
When Fone Hub receive your mobile phone package they will check your phone and test it to make sure it is as you described when you registered with Fone Hub. Once Fone Hub are satisfied with your mobile phone then they will send out your payment. This can take up to 2 working days.
