How Gadget Panda Works:
Go to the Gadget Panda website and select your item from their drop down menu.
When you have chosen your item Gadget Panda will ask you to describe the item. This will give them an impression of the condition of the item and enable them to give you an accurate price quote. It is really important that you are honest at this point, if you lie about the condition of your item the price will only be reduced later when Gadget Panda receive the item and find it is not in the condition that you specified.
When you have your quote you then need to send your gadget to Gadget Panda. You will have to use your own packaging but Gadget Panda give you a freepost address. Gadget Panda encourage you to package your item securely. We would like to add that to ensure that your item arrives with Gadget Panda safely you should send your item via the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. This service includes up to £500 worth of insurance.
When Gadget Panda have received your item and have reviewed it they will send you your payment via your preferred payment method. Gadget Panda promise to do this within 48 hours via bank transfer or PayPal, payment via cheque will take a little longer due to the time it takes to post.
